Bio-trickling reactor because of its high efficiency purification has been widely studied and applied in practice.Experimental studies on the bio-trickling reactor fill in. Experimental use of sodium alginate-embedded technology fixed bacteria,fungi get the ball and had studied the performance of the ball.Immobilized microorganisms in the study used in bio-trickling reactor desulfurization have done some research,access to the following conclusions:(1) After screening,rehabilitation sieve,I selected a bacterial,and Degradation of its efficiency is 92.1%.(2) Embedding method,the experimental use of the algal-bacteria,using extrusion molding method,Its composition is:the concentration of sodium alginate for 4%,add the volume of bacteria suspension is 5mL/100mL vector solution,the addition of activated carbon is the 0.2g/100mL solution of sodium alginate(3) 0.06mol/LHexanediamine selected in this experiment as a modifier of the algal-bacteria to the surface of modified handling,Modification of the algal-bacteria after the completion of the mechanical strength increased 40%.(4) Experimental uses of spherical filler and algal-bacteria filled bio-trickling reactor and carried out the experimental H2S gas purification,mixture of the gas purification efficiency is 92.1%.
