The Extrct Technology Of Arteannuin From Sweet Wormood Herb And The Research Of Heilongjiang Natural Resources Appreciation

Artemisinin was extracted from Artemisia annua L.This paper mainly studies the Extraction Process of Artemisia annua from Artemisia,which was the basis of Artemisinin industrialized process.At the same time in order to explore the new resource,the wildness Artemisia annua L of Heilongjiang and ambitus was studied and stedied the introduction.The measure of quantitative analysis was built by Opposition HPLC.Artemisia Firstly was derived to Q260,when analysised by HPLC,it showed that Artemisia analysised by HPLC was simple,good specificity,operation easily,good precision and repeatability highly,and the sample was kept steady in 48 h.The constant-temperature stirring was established as a new Artemisia extraction method.Compared the ratio of Artemisia extraction by apparatus,Soxhlet's and constant temperature beater(quantity of Artemisia extraction/quantity of materials),it showed that constant-temperature stirring was the best.Petroleum ether(60-90) was best as extraction solvent between petroleum ether(30-60),petroleum ether(60-90),n-hexane,cyclohexane and chloroform.Studied of constant-temperature stirring factor showed that oscillation frequency(120r/min) was best;the quantity of active carbon for decolor was 0.3～0.4 g,decolorized effect was good and had minimized adsorption.Fractional extraction was the best. orthogonal test of four factors and level got a good result in Artemisia extraction process.The content can reach 82.19%with little foreign substance though it was only recrystallisation without purification process.The study showed that Artemisinin content of the wildness Artemisia annua L of Heilongjiang was so low that can't used as medicine(2mg/g),but the biomass and the strain height were higher than the locoal.The study will provide reliable evidence for introduction of southern Artemisia annua L.According to the study of the biomass and Artemisinin content of the southern Artemisia annua L,we find that the Artemisinin content reached the medicine level that it is feasible to introduct and cultivate the Artemisia annua L in Heilongjiang area.
