Study On The Extraction Technology And Determination Methods Of Artemisinin From Artemisia Annua L.

Artemisinin as one of the mai active ingredient of Artemisia annua L.,it has an effective antimalarial, antitumor and lower toxicity,as well as resistance to schistosomiasis efficacy.Currently,people attach great importance to the study of artemisinin. Though it can get artemisinin by chemical synthesis,it is can not conduct industrial production,because of its multiple chiral carbon atoms,synthetic steps is relatively complex.So we get it from Artemisia annua L..Extraction Of artemisinin process basic maure, mostly used for industrialized production,but its extraction efficiency is very low,it makes many raw materials being wasted and increasing the cost of production.Because of artemisinin in plant cells,so we we need broke the cells effectively when extracting artemisinin.Using the tradional chemical method can destroy the chemical structure of artemisinin and loss its biological activity.The tradional mechanical method makesit difficult to broke cells effectively.At present,it has many determination methods of artemisinin,but the standard has not unified.Therefore,this artile main to study Study on the Extraction Technology and Determination methods of Artemisinin from Artemisia annua L.In ordor to provide references for the future studies of artemisinin-based drugs.The experimental research and results are as follows:1,Using Soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction,heat stirring method of extraction to extract artemisinin.we find use heat stirring method of extraction to extract artemisinin,the extraction rate is the highest of the three,2,Choose methanol,ethanol and n-hexane and petroleum ether as extraction agent,we find use petroleum ether as extraction agent is the best. 3,To find the best extraction technology of artemisinin,we did single fator experiment and used the granularity of raw material,ultrasonic time, ultrasonic intensity, extraction temperature, extraction time,solid-liquid radio,stirring. speed as factors.The results show that these factors can imflunce the extraction rate in a certain range.4, Using HPLC,UV and TLC-Scanning todeterminate artemisinin,to compare,the most accurate determination method is HPLC and the most simple determination method is UV.
