Study On The Problem Of Forest Ecology Environment Compensation In Changqing Region, Ji'nan

With the progress of society and the development of economic, the environmental problem is serious day by day,at the same time,ecology environment compensation has already been the focus of the various circles of society,forest ecology environment compensation is more and more concerned.The thesis discusses the concept and intension of forest ecology environment compensation deeply,and analyses its theoretical foundation and compensation principle systematically.Taking example for the forest in Changqing Region ,Some main conclusions were as follows:(1)There are problems in forest ecology environment compensation,for example,low standard,undefined duty, shortage of fund,the next utilize and the compensation are uncertain.And some methods are given to solve it.(2)The thesis makes up the standard of compensation.(3)Taking example for returning farmland to forest in Changqing Region, the thesis reviews the usual research methods and discusses the emphasis and limits of per approach.Meanwhile,it reckons the environmental economic approach.At last,the thesis makes an attempt to calculate the compensation amount of thee region with the new approach.(4)It analyses the principal parts of compensation and the methods of compensation .(5)The policy and measure are put forward to improve and upgrade the forest ecology environment compensation.On the basis of the above analyses current situation of forest ecology environment compensation in Changqing region, it put forward the policy and measures,For hoping to offer some reference to construction of ecological environment and economy in this region.
