Analysis On Environmental Security Problem Of National Security System In Globalized Time

After the cold war,the national security concept which take the political security and military security as dominant position occurs vital change.As the globalized process speeds up its development,the nontraditional security protrudes gradually especially the environmental security which belongs to the nontraditional security has become a grand problem that influences the national security and human sustainable development.The article based upon thorough and systemic research,aims for exhibiting the environmental security that belongs to the national security has grand position and effect,in order to awake human's consciousness of environmental protection and make people realise that different countries has common destiny today.Cooperation is the right method to realise security,it's also suitable for the environmental security.The essence of it lies in the maintenance of harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and how to deal with their contradictive relationships ,aims for a sustainable development of society.The thesis analyse environmental security, take environmental protection into account.The final intention is for human common fundamental interests.
