| There is a rapid development in the decoration industry.This is based on the pursuit of growing emphasis on decoration and beautification in the indoor environment.Curtain occupies an important position in interior decoration.As one of the recent trend,Venetian blind has many advantages such as easy to use,adjustable, and durable.At present,it is loved much by consumers.This article discussed the feasibility of Venetian blind fabric's weaving in rapier loom and the process of weaving.Itdid some transformation for the TNY101A-12 automatic rapier loom.And it made sample fabric parameters as the reference and designed a range of new fabric parameters.It used different finishing agents with the sample.In order to achieve sample performance of the fabric,it is through the design of different fabric parameters and using orthogonal test method to identify the best combination of various fabric parameters,thus provides a reference for Red grape company to produce this Venetian blind fabric.However,the test condition was confined by school facilities.The results may have some error.So it is suggested that Red grape company do some transformation for automatic rapier loom and then make further study and finally extend to the actual production plant.This paper put forward a proposal for further transformation for the Red grape company.Through the design of different fabric parameters and experiment,the conclusion achieved as follows:(1) It did some transformation for the TNY101A-12 automatic rapier loom and simulated weaving of this fabric.The focus of reform is that there will be reverse of clothing roller in weaving structure 3(the folded part).In order to prevent fell moving back when further weaving,it held folding part with a 44cm length of iron plate pin to fix folding part.(2) Warp,weft and fabric parameters In order to achieve the effect of sample,it is based on the results of orthogonal experiment,the actual cost and the difficulty of weaving technology,the warp,weft and fabric parameters derived from the experiment are as follows:Warp twist 800 t/m,warp density 200/10 cmFabric structure 1(twill weave):weft twist 300 t/m,weft density 220/10 cmFabric structure 2 and 3(plain weave):weft twist 600 t/m,weft density 240/10 cm(3) For structure 2 and 3(plain weave) that before stiffness finishing,warp twist and warp density have non-linear relationship respectively with fabric stiffness.Weft twist and weft density have linear relationship respectively with fabric stiffness.For structure 1(twill weave) that before stiffness finishing,warp twist and weft twist have non-linear relationship respectively with fabric optical transmittance. Warp density and weft density have linear relationship respectively with fabric optical transmittance. |
