The survival of our species is threatened, because of the following reasons: the swift and violent development of global economy, continue grow of urban industrialization, destruction of environment, serious destroy of ecology. After 1972's United Nations Conference on Human Environment, our nation begins to focus on environmental education. After several decades of developments, we have already made some achievements and the consciousness of environmental protection has impressively promoted. However, the contents of our nation's environmental education mainly focus on the phenomenon of environmental damages, and pay less attention to how to prevent, especially ability training and psychological counseling. The environment thunderbolt may be an event perhaps a series of events which occurs, usually is had not forecast beforehand and occurs suddenly. The people and the area which influence by the event don't have the ability deal with the environment degenerated and immediate response alone. It includes earthquake, fire, typhoon, rainstorm, tsunami such natural disaster, also includes the nuclear leakage, chemicals divulging or the overflow, the building or the infrastructure accident and such human factor initiation thunderbolt. At present, the environment thunderbolt in domestic and foreign repeatedly occurs, changing the environment suddenly, initiating environmental pollution, destroying the local biology survival requirement, and even posing the huge threat to the humanity.This article researches our country environmental education, especially how to face environment thunderbolt as well as to the southwest, northeast area middle-school students. It discovers the middle-school students have certain problems to the environment questions and the understanding of environment thunderbolt. After educating Wenchuan earthquake, the students had enhanced the understanding of natural disaster, but it is also unsatisfactory to the environment thunderbolt understanding. The ability of dealing with thunderbolt is still bad. Therefore, carrying on the environment thunderbolt to the middle-school students should become one important part of environment education, also should become important point of quality education. This article proposes suggestions, appraisal target and the specific measures on middle school environment education adding the education of environment thunderbolt.This article altogether is divided into five chapters, chapter one and two focus on the theoretical basis of environment thunderbolt rationale; chapter three researches and analyzes environmental awareness and environment thunderbolt; chapter four elaborates environment thunderbolt emergency education and ability raise; chapter five is the conclusion.
