In this paper, several derivatives of 2-thiophene ethylamine of cheap and accessibility have been designed and synthesized. They played a unique effect on chemosensor, macroscopic self-assembly and drug synthesis, respectively:(1) 2-ethylamine thiophene rhodamine imide (RB-SN) and ethylamino rhodamine imide (RB-NN) based on a rhodamine B were designed and synthesized by only one-step reaction, respectively. Of these two compounds, the former displayed a highly sensitive and selectivity toward Cu2+ over other competitive ions in CH3OH/H2O (1:1, v/v), but the latter displayed only weak response. The recognition of Cu2+ caused the fluorescence signals enhancement in conjunction with a optical colorimetric change from colorless to pink that was easily visible to the naked eye.(2) 2-thiophene ethyleneamine, 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine and N,N'-(2-ethylthienyl)piperazine based on 2-thiophene ethylamine of cheap and accessibility were designed and synthesized one by one. Macroscopic self-assembly may be achieved by evaporating the dichloromethane, ethanol, methanol and acetone solution of N,N'-(2-ethylthienyl)piperazine and then to form pattern such as the concentric circles type, fingerprint type and snowflake type. It is easily visible to the naked eye. But macroscopic self-assembly can neither be achieved by using 2-thiophene ethyleneamine nor be achieved by using 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno [3,2-c]pyridine under the same conditions. Macroscopic self-organized behavior of N,N'-(2-ethylthienyl) piperazine in the volatile solvent was investigated. The order of pattern is better in volatile solvent than in less volatile solvent. For example, in dichloromethane, the pattern of self-assembly is very regular concentric circles which can not formed in the less volatile ethyl acetate. Macroscopic self-organized behavior of N,N'-(2-ethylthienyl)piperazine in different temperature was also investigated. Macroscopic self-assembly can also be the realization under the ice bath. The pattern is very dense, and the clear dividing line that can also be seen at room temperature may be seen between the patterns. Moreover, macroscopic self-organized behavior of N,N'-(2-ethylthienyl)piperazine in different concentration was also investigated. The pattern of concentric circles type can be formed both in higher concentrations and in lower concentrations. But the pattern of fingerprint type was achieved only in lower concentrations. (3) 2-thiophene ethyleneamine and 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine based on 2-thiophene ethylamine were designed and synthesized. Moreover, 2-methoxyl dicarbonyl chlorobenzene also was designed and synthesized by Grignard Reaction. The chlorine and methoxyl of 2-methoxyl dicarbonyl chlorobenzene was replaced when the reaction of 4,5,6,7-Tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine and 2-methoxyl dicarbonyl chlorobenzene was achieved under certain condition, respectively. We have getted rich experience.which is advantageous to synthesize the clopidogrel through above experiment.Not only has this subject the important value in scientific theory and practice, but also this subject plays an important role in development of chemosensor, macroscopic self-assembly and drug synthesis.
