| Optical chemosensor is a new detection method for ions,molecules,small biological molecules and so on.It was demonstrated with feature high sensitivity,binding specificity,high efficiency,easy operation and low price.Optical chemosensor was appied to fields of environment monitoring,clinical medicine and pharmaceutical chemistry.The design and development of optical chemosensor has received wide attention in recent years.a novel rhodamine-based optical chemosensor RBPTA was synthesized,and the structure of RBPTA was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.Fluorescence spectrophotometry was taken to study the performence of RBPTA,the results revealed that RBPTA has been designed to detect Pd2+under mild condition(pH>4)in aquenous solution and living HeLa cells.RBPTA displays high sensitivity(DL 4.2 nM),and association constants is 4.88×104 M-1,selectivity and quick response(20 min)toward Pd2+,and RBPTA could be made as test paper to detect Pd2+.a novel purine-based optical chemosensor PHP was synthesized,and the structure of PHP was characrerized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and X-ray crystal diffraction.UV-vis spectrophotometry was taken to study the performence of PHP and PHP-Cu,the results revealed that PHP has been designed to detect Cu2+in aquenous solution.PHP displys high sensitivity(DL 74.9nM),and association constants is 5.0×104 M-1,the complex of PHP with Cu,PHP-Cu,could recognize S2-,and PHP was recover by S2-after associating with Cu2+.PHP could be made as test paper to detect Cu2+. |
