| Gluing application is one of the most important working procedure during manufacture of particleboard,the evaluation and detection of resin efficiency effectively reflects reality of the usage of resin,which determine quality,function and cost ofparticleboard.So,investigation on evaluation of resin efficiency on strand surfaces is significative.The experiment was conducted to set up a brand-new parameters system for quantitative analysis of different resin distribution on strand surfaces,by GluScan detecting system we can analyse resin efficiency of strand surfaces.In the experiment,with variation of the glue blending pressure,resin content,gluing aspen strands and manutacturing particleboards with different resin distribution, measure each parameters and mechanical strength of particleboard,investigate the relation among factors affecting resin efficiency,resin efficiency and mechanical strength of particleboard,tbe results indicated that:(1) Resin Coverage,Spot Size and Uniformity can evaluate resin efficiency well and truly. Gluscan detecting system can measure each parameter rapidly and truly,token the surface resin distribution of strands,with the virtue of being practical.(2) The surface resin distribution of strands depends on glue application technology.Glue blending pressure increases,Resin Coverage increases,Spot Size decreases,the surface resin distribution of strands close to well-distributed;resin content increases,Resin Coverage increases obviously.(3) The optimized state of the surfhce resin distribution of strands:Resin Coverage is 30%;While Spot Size is not less than cross of wood vessel,Spot Size decreases,spot quantity increase,resin distribution close to well-distributed,the optimized lower limit of Spot Size is 0.0019mm~2;For Uiformity,the optimized value of COV is 2;Resin Coverage Sider.variates under 1O,the optimized value is 0.5,Side Stdev.range from 5 to 20,the optimized value is 7.8;Side Ratio variates under 10,the optimized value is 1.(4) Resin efficiency determine mechanical strength of particleboard.The increase of glue blending pressure and resin content help to increase mechanical strength of particleboard,Verging on the optimized state of the surface resin distribution,mechanical strength of particleboard increase.The maximum of MOR is 32.6MPa,MOE is 4700MPa,IB is 0.60MPa. |
