At present, energy shortage, environmental pollution and other issues have brought a lot of influence to human society, which must be solved urgently for human survival and development. With every country's accelerated industrialization, the consumption of non-renewable energy resources aggravates on the earth. Waste gas, waste water, waste residue and so on have already caused very bad situation---the environmental pollution, ecological unbalance. Therefore, the development and utilization of cleaning and regenerative energy has already become the research subject which the common people focus attention on in the world.As a renewable and clean energy source, wind power generation is getting more and more attention from the whole world. In this field, Occident countries such as Germany,Spain,the United States and Denmark keep ahead of all. They are not only the main wind energy market but also the supplier of wind power generation equipment in the world.Though, our country at present is trying hard to improve the capability that can make wind power generation equipments localized. But, the situation that the majority of domestic wind power generation equipments depend on imports has not been fundamentally changed. In addition, only a small portion of all the wind power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises adopt the expensive large-scale machining centers to process the wind electricity equipment. So, generally, the production cost is high and the production efficiency is low. Based on the situation, entrusted by Spark Machine Tool Co. Ltd in Tianshui, Gansu province, Lanzhou University of Technology is designing a set of special numerically-controlled machine tool for wind turbine hub, trying to achieve low-cost and high efficient production of the wind power generation equipment. The content that this article designs is a part of this set of the equipment.In this paper, an automatic fixture and the concerted graduation rotation workbench, which are used in the facture of large scale wind turbine hub are introduced. Elaborated with emphasis the structure designing and the principle of work of the clamp ,as well as the alteration process of the rotation workbench. Includes the following content specifically:(1) Numerical control graduation rotation workbench. Based on the original product of the Spark Machine Tool Factory---vertical lathe workbench, the alteration is carried out to enhance it with numerical controlling, graduation, orientation and rotation, so that it meets the demand of the manufacturing of the wind turbine hub.(2) Appropriative automatic fixture. It is very difficult to find an efficient fixture in being for the complicated and large scaled component hub in wind turbine. In this paper, a new type of fixture which assures the fixing and enhances the machining efficiency is presented, the design of every part's structure and particular function process are also detailed explained.(3) Load conditions analysis of fixture. Successively, cutting and drilling forces are calculated and the affection of them is compared, and hence the maximum outside force and the torque loaded on the hub during the manufacturing are gained. Based on all of these data, the main compaction hydraulic cylinder's model is decided, and the fixture and its relevant structure is researched and designed, which guarantees the stabilization and high-efficiency of the fabrication of the hub.(4) Precision analysis of fixture. This paper discusses and calculates the position and rotate angel of the fixture designed, the following checking computations of which guarantee the precision of the hub's manufacturing.(5) Finite-element analysis of fixture parts. Due to lack of relevant information of large scale fixture, Finite-element analysis is adopted to validate the important part of the fixture---the newel. Considering the force received by the newel is pull,ANSYS is used to imitate the newel and carry out the related calculations to make sure the fabrication precision and work stability of the fixture under stress.All discussion proves that the automatic fixture designed meets the demand of manufacture precision, and is easy to fix, thus the high production efficiency is obtained. At present, this set of equipment is under trial-manufacture.Hope the design will contribute some to our nation's wind power generation industry, including both equipment manufacture's localization and Large-scale production. Some aspects relevant are found still need to be researched further during the search mentioned in this paper. |
