In the manufacturing of refine container device,hydrogen added pressure container device and so on,it will often meet flange nozzle of the import and outport of materiel,temperature and pressure measured which need wield in pressure container.Nozzle flange formed form boring and butt wielding.In technology the butt wielding groove which is bored in cylinder require saddle surface as the best wielding groove.The saddle curve is a complex universal curve,and its manufactured track is composted of saddle track and terminal face track.The saddle track is a resultant of Z axis rotating and Z axis feeding;the groove track of terminal face is a resultant of Z axis feeding and X axis feeding.After discussing the selection of interpolation algorithm,design regulation and researching the characteristics of saddle-shaped curve.In the thesis,saddle curve interpolation algorithm based on angle approaching is brought forward.For this complex universal curve track,usually the manual and semi-automation boring machine is used to process the bore,but there is little effect and low efficiency. At home and abroad,there is not a CNC device about saddle groove processing which referred to X axis,Z axis and spindle rotating.Develop numerical control system about saddle curve track which is based on Samsung2440.Firstly consider processed characteristic of processed accessory basing on establishing the math model of saddle trajectory and choose suitable electronic devices which fits practical requirement.Secondly design the strong power and weak power about this numerical control system in detail.For the structure of software, compile and C have been applied to compile I/O module and intermitting module,and also some other main basic function modules.At last realize the flow chart about this software.This numerical control system can not only complete processing the saddle curve automatically and manual adjustment of automatic processing but also realize the auto-programming and digital display of the tool track of it processing.
