Beer produetion is one of traditional industry in our country. With the developpment of civil economy and the improvement of demotic living condition,beer industry has also been rapidlyimproved. But still,because of the complex technology of the beer production,there are many drawbacks,Such as behindhand technical equipments,rare application of automation,instable product quality,ete. How to improve the integrated automation level in beer produetion becomes a urgent research projeet.Thus , this paper designs the beer saccharification processing autocontrol system in hardware and software through analyzing the technics and the analysis of key issues. Two aspects of the beer production process in the beer fermentation control system design. Adopting a classification system as a whole structure. The first class for the programmable logic controller (PLC), optional system SIEMENS S7-200, directly with the scene instruments, meters connections, mainly to complete on-site digital and analog signal acquisition and processing components and the implementation of real-time control functions. Level 2 for industrial control computer (IPC), the system chosen advantech IPC, complete control of the main software interface and control process data monitoring, management and recording functions. PLC main sub-stations between the stations and through PROFIBUS-DP network connection, PLC and IPC network connection between the MPI. PLC configuration software designed with SIEMENS PLC's own programming tools STEP7 development, hardware configuration and the completion of the fermentation process control.
