Air condition has already become an important part for the product to wiring market. The panel part is an essential piece of the air condition. In order to ensure a tight mate of the panel part and the other air condition body, it demands that the piece be flat and smooth, no defect of warp, wrinkle and crack etc. In fact, the surface of the piece is more complex. These features of the piece make the forming process complicated and the processing plan various.According to traditional design method, it makes a longer production cycle and the higher cost. Production of the experience accumulated knowledge is mot intuitive and not systems. With the development of metal plasticity forming technology, the technology of computer simulation has become to rebuilding traditional plasticity forming process, powerful tool of enhancing capability of mould design and key technology. Numerical simulation can known metal flowing process in the forming process in advance, forecasting the critical condition of failure producing and optimize process project and process parameter, decrease even eliminate failure and satisfy the purpose of assuring product quality and shortening the product developing period.Sheet metal stamping included material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinear, multiple nonlinear contact nonlinear problems, and the establishment of the mathematical model involved multiple disciplines. According to the sheet metal forming large deformation characteristics of small strain, the paper used elastic-plastic finite element method, choice of Hill thick elastic-plastic model of heterosexual or Barlat plane anisotropic elastic-plastic constitutive equation model material, yield criteria, finite element degradation Shell Penalty Function modules and interface processing technology, as well as the use of advanced software DYNAFORM, the air-conditioned panel of double machine was simulated to form, possible problems or shortcomings were predicted, the processing plan for the stamping process and die design parameters were optimized, and a reasonable selection theory basis was provided.In this paper, using Finite Element numerical simulation software DYNAFORM, according to the basic theory and method of elastic plastic Finite Element, adopting the approach of connecting numerical simulation with experience design, the forming process of the panel part is researched. In addition, on the basis of analyzing the punch manufacturability of the piece, the possible processes in working procedure are analyzed, and the feasible processes are tentatively determined; as for uncertain factors, they are further decided through numerical simulation. finally, the best process is worked out and used to direct practical production. Because the blank shape affect the quality of piece forming greatly, here the influence of blank fillet on piece forming is also analyzed, the suitable blank shape and dimension are finally gained. Research the effect on the sheet metal stamping by material and mould technical parameter. At last, the conclusion from practical production proves the coherence between simulation analysis and experiment result.The result of the research here can provide reference for pieces of the same kind on forming process. It has popularized value.
