The Integrative Design Of Small Induction Heating Treatment Center And Contrl System

Induction heating is a technology for heating conductor using electromagnetic induction.Its main merit is high efficiency,low cost,saving energy,and achieving automation easily.Induction heating is widely used in metal processing heating treatment industry,and main application in metal heating treatment.Induction heating equipment includes heating power,induction heating treatment machine tool,and inductor.The development status of induction heating equipment technology was analyzed and studied. To meet special requirement of induction heating technology,a small induction heating treatment center was designed.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.Integrative design of small induction heating treatment center:To integrate control System,quencher power,transformer,inductor,quencher fluid circular system and cooling fluid circular system into one equipment which is a typical integration device of mechanics and electrics.2.We designed a small type induction heating center of three level with mechanical structure and drive processing for nine working units3.A intelligent control for the small induction heating center was implemented by programming software of multi-thread technique based on IPC as core unit. Anti-jamming circuit design was completed with system failure self-diagnosing and self-rectify.4.Induction heating power and the cycle system of quench liquid was designed.5.Based on user's process part the inductor and clamp was designed.
