In this article, 5 complexes were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method. Four of these complexes are coordination polymers, and the other one is supramolecule. The crystal structures of all the complexes were determined by X-ray single crystal diffractomter and their structure had been solved. The formulas are presented as following: (1){[Zn(C4H4O6)2(H2O)4]·2H3O+·2H2O }n (2) [Zn2(C6H4N3)4]n (3) [(Co1)2(Co2)(C6H5O7)2(H2O)2]n (4){[Fe(opha)(phen)(H2O)]·H2O}n (5) C12H14NO6·2H2OThe first three complexes are three-dimensional coordination polymers; the forth one is a one-dimension coordination polymer, while the last one is a supramolecule. We have also studied the photo-physical and photo-electric properties of these complexes, except the characters of structure. From the result of photo- luminescent, it indicated that complex (1) and (2) are posses the luminescent. But luminescence sensitivity of the two complexes is different. The sensity of the first one is weaker than its ligand; while the second one is stronger than its ligand by two magnitude. We have measured, analysed and assigned for the photo-electric properties of the 5 complexes by SPS and FISPS techniques. It suggests that the last four complexes have certain photo-electric action. The response of the SPS is increased when the sample in the environment of positive electon-field; in contrary, the response is decreased. It is indicated that all of these complexes possesses the characteristic of inorganic/organic semiconductors, and they are potential semiconductors. All of the study is an important reference value and certain theory signification for the novel coordination polymeric photovoltaic material.
