In order to enable the silk fabric to break through the traditional style of thin and light, and become rough and thick, it has an extremely practical significance to improve its wear behavior, to expand its scope of application, to prepare the profiled filament with special-style and to exploit the new Silk Fiber Materials with diversity of styles.A thermo-mechanical deformation of gear device has developed for this subject. It used to make the silk flock and low denier synthetic filament yarn for composite deformation; it makes use of the effects of different contraction between the silk filament and the Synthetic filament yarn to Strengthening silk deformation effects. This subject studied the effects of deformation such as deformation temperature, deformation speed and sizing conditions, and fined the optimized process conditions of profiled filament. On this basis, I systematically studied the effects such as module of gear and ingredients on structure and properties of profiled filament. Through the research I got the following conclusions:Optimization of Deformation Process: In silk / synthetic composite textured yarn, the thermal pinch effect of synthetic filament yarn can intensify the deformation effect on the silk, and increases the fluffy of deformation silk. Elevate temperature and extend sizing time can achieve similar effect, but high temperature and long time will effect the deformation capacity. At lower speed deformation, the yarn contact with gear longer, making the deformation effects and deformation maintenance good; at the same speed of deformation, the Tightening elongation in Low-distortion temperature was worse than in higher temperature .Optimized experimental conditions were as follows: the deformation speed was 40.7 rev / min, deformation temperature was 110℃, sizing temperature was 100℃and sizing time was 1.5h.Gear modulus effect on structure and properties of textured yarn: the waveform of the textured yarn was larger when uses a large modulus gear. When uses a small modulus gear, the amplitude and the waviness width was smaller, and the waveform was fine; gear modulus have some impact on the property of flex and curl. When modulus was 1, the property of flex and curl was the best; when modulus was small, textured yarn has good shape stability.Raw materials effect on the structure and properties of textured yarn: the amplitude and the waviness width of silk / synthetic composite textured yarn was significantly affect by heat shrinkage effect. When heat shrinkage and amplitude become big and waviness become small, the bending effect of textured yarn will be very good, and the effect of different contraction patterns of composite textured yarn made its tightening elongation and tight elastic recovery rate become small, but the linear density of the textured yarn was enlarged.Apparent linear density in comparison with actual linear density was affected by the number of cocoon. When the number is big, the increase is small. But the property of curl has no significant changes in the law.The fluffy of knitwear knitted by textured yarn: knitwear knitted by textured yarn has good propriety of fluffy. After refining, the denier of silk and the thickness of the fabric become lower, but it become more fluffy and easier to deformation.
