Curtains of blinds look crisp and clean,are simply installed and dismantled and are free to adjust the indoor light.Polyester fabrics have elegant colors,bright gloss,smooth feel and low price,which are customer's favorite for curtains of blinds.Polyester blinds should have such characteristics as stiffness,the feeling of fullness,good crease recovery. Considering security,they should have fire-retardant properties.In addition, they should have water repellency and shading properties.Therefore,the relevant functional finishing of polyester fabric has practical signification.The stiffness finishing process and the flame-retardant finishing process of polyester fabric are studied in this paper.The curtains with certain degree of flame-retardant and stiffness function are developed.The dual-function composite finishing technology of stiffness and flame-retardant is explored and curtain products are developed.Firstly,the stiffness finishing process of polyester fabric is discussed in this paper.Choosing environment friendly finishes with good results,the effects on polyester fabric stiffness performance of such process parameters as the ratio of finishes,concentration,pre-bake temperature,curing temperature and curing time are discussed.And using optimal mathematical methods,the stiffness finishing process parameters of the polyester fabric are optimized.The optimal finishing process parameters are as follows:pick-up of 70%,stiffness hard finish 6310 and stiffness soft finish of the 618 ratio of 10:3,and mass concentration of stiffness finishes of 95%,fluffy-finish TF-438 concentration of 5%,pre-bake temperature of 100℃,pre-bake time of 1 minute,curing temperature of 150℃,curing time of 2 minutes.The tests for the hand of the fabric are carried out and the hand is improved.Secondly,the flame-retardant finishing process of polyester fabric is discussed in this paper.Choosing low harmful flame retardant,the effects on polyester fabric flame retardant performance of such process parameters as the concentration of flame retardant,curing temperature and curing time are discussed.And using optimal mathematical methods,the flame-retardant finishing process parameters of the polyester fabric are optimized.The optimal finishing process parameters are as follows:pick-up of 70%,FRC-1 concentration of 550g/L,pH value of 6.5 with 10%NaOH adjust,pre-bake temperature of 100℃,pre-baking time of 1 minute,curing temperature of 180℃,curing time of 1.5 minutes.Finally,the dual function finishing of stiffness and flame-retardant is tried.With the optimal technology of stiffness finishing and flame-retardant finishing and mixing other types of flame-retardants and stiffness finishes, the polyester fabrics are processed through one bath,two-bath,but the results can not meet the demands of stiffness and fire-retardant.The flame retardant compound is tried.With the compound of the family of antimony flame retardants and bromine flame retardants,the fabrics are processed through two-bath,the following finishing process parameters:stiffness finishes pick-up of 70%,6310:618=10:3,mass concentration of stiffness finishes of 95%,antimony flame retardants:bromine flame retardants is 1:2, pre-baking temperature of 100℃,pre-baking time of 1 minute, flame-retardants pick-up of 30%,pre-baking temperature of 100℃, pre-baking time of 1 minute,curing temperature of 180℃;curing time of 1.5 minutes.The results can meet the requirements of fire-retardant requirements and stiffness at the same time.
