Research For Water Environment Capacity Of Jiangjin Section Of Qijiang River

Water environment capacity comes from environmental capacity.It means how much pollutant one water environment part can take in a designed condition.In theory water environment capacity is the multivariable function of natural law and social affection parameter,which reflects the principles of pollutant migration and deposit in water environment and reflects the environment tolerance in the particular function.In practice,water environmental capacity is the basis of environmental objective management and main constrained condition of district environmental as well as the key technique of the total water pollutant control.This paper has in detail reviewed the basic theories on water environment capacity and river environment capacity calculation models,and has analyzed the reasons for keeping sustainable development and the water pollutant control to research water environment capacity;with collecting a large quantity of environmental monitoring data and hydrological data,the repaper has researched the water environment capacity of Qijiang river in Jiangjin section.This research primarily includes 4 parts:1.the survey of Qijiang river of Jiangjin sectionQijiang is the main river to Jiangjin,where there is alot of branch flow into it. The biggest branch is Sunrise.Qijiang undertakes the responsibility of supplying water for the people along.2.Water area functional compartmentalizationAccording to the results of the water area functional compartmentalization of Chongqing,Qijiang River of jiangjin is compartmentalized one reserved area;her branch is compartmentalized one Zhongshan source protectorate and another Sunxihe reserved area of Jiangjin.3.Water quality evaluation This text analyzed the monitoring data of Qijiang with using the contaminative synthesize index number method and evaluated the water quality condition.According to the evaluation,the main pollutant of the river is CODmn and NH3-N,so that the calculation target of water environment capacity.4.Water environment capacity calculation.This text calculates the water environment capacity with university water quality model and contrasts the different results when the management goal is changed.It reflects that different management goal make a great affection on the calculation results.And then through the contrast between the water environment capacity and the present pollution discharge quantity,we get the largest permission pollution discharge quantity.
