Offing pollution and eutrophication is more and more serious, which has been a world problem. The main reason for this problem is land-based pollution. Research Bohai land-based pollution and analyze the mechanism and method of pollution prevention and cure, which has important meaning for protecting marine environment and keeping resource continuable improvement. In the paper, three estuaries of Bohai in Tianjin had been chosen as study objects, in order to study the correlation between chemical &physical factors and bacteria index and appraise estuarial pollution with the two indexes. Through this study, we had set a more intact method to monitor and appraise offing pollution and accorded to the pollution state to take the corresponding treating measure. Bio-repairing technology of marine pollution had been junior studied. The main results are as follow:1. Water quality appraising.According to Sea water quality standard, the chemical and physical parameters of three estuaries, such as COD and DIN ,had been inferior toâ…£grade stander. The pollution of Qingjinghuang estuary was the most serious, Duliuian River was the second and Hai River estuarial pollution was relatively better. The water quality appraising result by bacteria index: The organic pollution and faecal pollution were most serious in Qingjjinghuan estuary; In Duliujian River estuary, the organic pollution was senior pollution lever. The faecal pollution was not so serious, but it was tending to be serious. Moreover, it was polluted by oil to some extend; In Hai River estuary, the organic pollution was senior pollution lever. Its faecal pollution was very serious and oil pollution was the most serious in three estuaries.2. The study on correlation between bacterial index and chemical & physical factors.The statistic result of the experiment data by unitary regress analyses of SPSS software showed that there was a correlation between bacterial index and chemical & physical factors. The value of heterotrophic bacteria was closely significantly positively correlated with COD but signification reversely correlated with DO. The value of coliform group was signification reversely correlated with DO and NO3-N. There were some correlation between the other bacterial indices and chemical & physical factors, but they were not obvious.3. Microflora analyse in estuarial waterSix water samples were collected from three estuaries of Bohai bay. Ninety-two strains heterotrophic bacteria were isolated with Zobell 2216E culture medium. There were fifty-two strains Gram-positive bacteria and forty strains Gram-negative bacteria. The dominant genuses of these bacteria were identified as Staphylococcus, Micrococcus, Acinetobacter Moraxell, Bacillu, Vibrio, Alcaligenes, Acinetobact and Pseudomonas according to analyzing their morphological and physiological properties.4. The study on the ability of denitrification by heterotrophic bacteriaChoose Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, Alcaligenes, and Bacillus as objects and study their ability of denitrification. The result showed the best denitrification's time was nine hours except for Pseudomonas .Bacillus was the best one, whose efficiency of denitrification was 46.95 percent. For Pseudomonas, the best denitrification's time was fifth hours and its efficiency of denitrification was 56.27 percent.
