| To build the quantitative index of breast beauty, this thesis explored the relationship between breast shape and breast beauty based on the objective body measurements and subjective beauty assessment data.In this study, a new system of beauty assessment has been designed using 3D scanning data and 2D photo images. 75 women were selected from 456 women shape data included in BIFT-Aimer human engineering research centre. 43 females who are working on underwear design were chosen as judgers to evaluate the breast beauty and body beauty. The judgers answered the questionnaire using the system of body beauty assessment. The beauty evaluation and body measurements data are analyzed by the software of SPSS. One-way ANOVA, correlate and regression analysis were conducted to analyze the correlation between beauty scale and breast shape, the beauty index of breast and body. The regression equation to predict a breast beauty scale was obtained based on key breast measurements.The data analysis results indicated that there was a high relationship between the beauty scale and the position of breasts. The breast beauty was depend on vertical angle of upper breast, difference between bust girth and underbust girth and calculated compressed ratio of the breast to some extent. The beauty breasts have same characteristic: The ratio of bust height to whole body height was 0.71.The triangle (FNP to BP to BP) are isosceles triangle, the top angle less than 60°and close to equilateral triangle. The ratio of chest widen to bust widen to underbust widen was 21:20:19. The ratio of chest depth to bust depth to underbust depth was 11:12:10. The ratio of chest girth to bust girth to underbust girth was 9:10:8. Regression equation of breast beauty related to difference between bust girth and underbust girth, distance from front neck point to right bust point, orientation of the breast, horizontal distance from lower-most point of the breast to bust point and horizontal distance from waist centre to bust point. |
