Press machine remote display system is to achieve the remote data transmission, data which needed display when Press machine run could display in a big-size display equipment finally through some certain bus protocol. Operator could observe the run status conveniently by using this big size display equipment. The whole display equipment require that data could vision in the display terminal in time,nicety,sharp and provide multi-bus protocol to user to select their practically application envioronment; fixture execution at low cost and it could maintenance convieniently when the equipment was defective.After analyzing several big size display equipment's principle and list the advantages and disadvantages of diversified display project detailedly, we get a superior display project combining the practically exertion of press machine display. The whole system is divided into three modules according to their function. They are display module, communication module and control module. The control module adopts AT2051 MCU made by Atmel Corporation as the control chip; use some specifically peripheral equipment to sustain the communication bus protocol of RS-232 and RS-485. The display module use big size digit array which constitute by many common LED as the display equipment. The communicaton module gets the data which prepare to display from the the serial port. When the system get these data, the control module control the display module to display the number on the big size digit LED array in time. The whole system uses the common device in market, theory simpleness, low cost, and be prone to maintenance, have extensive application foreground.As the development of the semiconductor, the computer play more important role in the industry control. It replaces the traditional manual work. The press machine remote display system uses the MCU to control the display of the number in the trend. It has representationl and prevalent applicability.
