High-precision surface quality inspection is an important guarantee for the quality of steel plate production,and improving the image resolution of steel plate surface is one of the main means to improve the accuracy of steel plate quality inspection.When displaying highresolution images,problems such as large memory load,slow image loading,and inconsistent mobile zooming often occur.Tiled display technology is an effective method to solve such problems.This subject applied tiled display technology to the image display of steel plates.Aiming at high-resolution and high-accuracy steel plate surface image collection and multiple types of steel plate surface information display,this subject designed an image acquisition and display system for steel plate surface with a linear array CCD acquisition and tiled image display technology.Firstly,this subject studied the image acquisition method of the steel plate surface,as well as determined the entire system design scheme and specific selection based on the linear array CCD camera acquisition,then checked the acquisition accuracy;For the lens distortion and travel distortion appeared in the image acquisition process,this subject analysis and correct them;In order to obtain clear steel plate images and defect information for tiled display,the brightness unevenness correction,block area detection,filter denoising,edge detection,and algorithms of morphological processing was respectively researched and implemented;Then proposed and constructed a multi-level resolution pyramid model and the cutting method based on the quadtree index,the naming rules of tiles,and rules of image browsing searches for the index tiles,et al;Finally,this subject used tiled image display related technologies such as web front-end development technology,and the Open Layers3 framework to design and display the interface and functions of the image display system.In this project,the hardware device for collecting images of the linear array CCD camera and the software framework for image processing and tiled image display was completed;the functions and results of each part was tested.The results show that the design of the steel plate surface image acquisition and display system based on linear array CCD acquisition and tiled image display is feasible and the detection accuracy met the needs of the factory.
