The Analysis Of Bamboo Fiber's Structure And Properties And Its Products' Manufacturing Technology

Trying out the optimal production process ,the basic properties and structure of are analyzed, manufacturing process of bamboo raw fiber and regenerated bamboo fiber are explained ,the spinning processes of bamboo fiber pure yarn, bamboo & cotton fiberblending yarn and core spun yarn are explored ,which include preparing action of material ,the choice of spinning technology process, reasonable technological parameters and key technology measures of blowing to winding . Weaving processes of regenerated bamboo fiber & bamboo raw fiber are discussed .
