In this paper , by adopting pull-extend test to measure the combination of strength, to design supersonic arc spraying the main technical parameters by orthogonal test. measuring coating density,porosity. By neutral salt spray test and electro-chemical test experimental methods to study the anti-corrosion function of Al-Mg alloy coating and research the anti-corrosion effects of different thickness of the coating and different sealing coating. Compared with the Al-Mg wire and Al wire anti-corrosion materials, research different anti-corrosion function. By electrochemical test polarization of the two materials, Analyzing the microstructure of the Al-Mg coating and Al coating after neutral salt spray test by use SEM,EDAX and X-ray diffraction. Discussing the friction and wear for tear performance of Al-Mg alloy coating at room temperature conditions.Neutral salt spray test and electrochemical tests show that: The anti-corrosion coating function of aluminum-magnesium alloy is not increased with thickness increasing, but it is the best anti-corrosion function in about 0.5mm. After using the sealing reagents, the anti-corrosive function has greatly improved and the anti-corrosion function of epoxy resin is the best. The Al-Mg alloy coating is superior corrosion function by supersonic arc spraying than pure Al. In the process of corrosion, Al-Mg alloy coating has passive phenomenon.Corrosion products that are Al(OH)3,MgAl2O4,Mg2Al3 attach to the surface coating, effectively plug the pores in the coating, extend the life of the coating, thus improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.The dry friction test's results showed that: coefficient of friction in the speed and load is relatively low at the same time when relatively stable and with the increasing load, the friction coefficient corresponding decrease. In a different rate, coating's wear increase with the load. In this paper, the friction and wear properties of coatings and anti-corrosion research and its applications have a certain theoretical and practical value for the future.
