| The spiral motor rotor is key instrument on oil exploration. The surface of rotor will influence the life and work efficiency .with the actucl production of the required mechanical properties improve .rotor polished by man can not satisfied the demand. How to improve the surface of rotor become a new issues..A working method of the spiral motor rotor is researched in this paper. The polishing rotors were done by man in china now and the CNC technology had not be used on polishing. In order to improve the surface of rotor. A new control idea is introduced to realize the numeric precision work basing on the special machine tool in the paper. Then hold a new idea of polishing the rotor. The principle of the configuration of the spiral motor rotor is researched. The mechanics exchange which the spiral motor rotor is polished by the abrasive band is solved by the data of the end surface and the relative parameter of the screw and at the same time the feature of the abrasive band and the series solution of number is applied. Then the work program is generated .Then sovled the Series of issue on actucl polishment.As the principle of the configuration of the spiral motor rotor. The mechanics exchange which the spiral motor rotor is polished by the abrasive band is solved by the data of the end surface and the relative parameter of the screw .The forces Relations between the two part is solved and take the foundation of the CNC machining process then design the CNC polishing machine tool structure. The grinding angle of the abrasive band is analyzed and treated .The important problem in this paper is the control of the abrasive band which is polishing the rotor surface after the spiral motor rotor is machined by the milling cutter. The method of the precision spiral motor rotor is changed theory into practice. The precision of the spiral curved face is increased and the need of the automatic product during the working is satisfied. |
