The Research On The Model Of Development And Usage Of Recycled Water In Tianjin

Recycled water's construction and utilization is an important move to build up energy efficiency society and solve the shortage of water resource of Tianjin. Following the Binhai District into national development strategies and the central government's expectation to Tianjin, both in regional economy and national economic development, Tianjin is playing an important role. However, due to a serious lack of water, it brings an inconvenient to industrial/agricultural and people's life. So it provided opportunities and development space to recycled water's construction and utilization.This paper first introduced a comparative analysis of the development model of the recycled water, the scope of its application and its advantages and disadvantages; classification, composing and regeneration of the recycled water are playing an important role in national economic development. Then we analysis the development model of recycled water's, its utilization, and the cost-efficiency of its model of supplying, pointing out that there are difference between these two methods. At last we describe the planning of recycled water's history and utilization of Tianjin, put forward that the use of recycled water is important for urban construction and sustainable development.After the analysis of this study, this paper gives specific recommendations to speed up the recycled water's construction from the perspective of policy, on the sustainable development of recycled water's height, and further improve the utilization of recycled water.
