Water-soluble surfactant-free Emulsion Polymerization is the newest hotspot ofresearch. It has great potential in the adhesives and paint.On the base of formerresearch works and update products investigation,a new soap-freeP(2-EHA/BA/Vac)emulsion was prepared in the presence of the sodium salt of poly(butylacrylate/arrylic acid) (abbreviated as P(BA/AANa)) oligomer.The results showthat the emulsion is very stable. The properties of such emulsion coating are superiorto that of the ordinaryone. At last,studied on the modification of cement mortar usedbysoap-freeemulsionofAcrylates.1.Soap-free emulsion were prepared by using BA,2-EHA and VAc asmonomers,AA and HEMA as reformer,KSP as initator. Pre-emulsion technologywasadopted.First,oligomerwerepreparedbyusingBAandAAasmomoners,KSPas initator.Oligomer had super emulsified property at the optimized reactioncondition:amountofDDM0.5%,arnountofAA50%,arnountofKPS1.2%,reactiontime 1.5h.Seeond,soap-free emulsion were prepared when this oligomer were usedemulsifier. Four reaetion conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment asmonomer conversion reached 97.4%.The optimized reaction condition:amount ofoligomer3%,polymerizationtemperatue80℃,amountofKPS0.8%,reactiontime3h.The property of emulsion was fine when the amount of functional monomer was15%.2.Onthebasis ofthepreparedemulsion,westudyonthemodificationofCementMortar used by emulsion polymer of soap-free Acrylates, through the modificationmechanismandrelatedmechanicalpropertiestest,experimentionofsystolic,freezingand thawing,we inquiried the improve of Cement Mortar used by soap-freeemulsionofAcrylates. |
