The Research On Evaluation System Of Nocturnal Light Pollution Of Tianjin Residential Area

At the beginning of new century, as China's urban construction developing, socio-economic prosperity and the continuous improvement of urban living environment requirement, light pollution of urban residential areas has increasingly come under people's concern and attention. But so far, there are still gaps in the research on evaluation system of light pollution of urban residential areas. In actual operation, this contributed to the difficulties to assess scientificly the light pollution in residential areas and restricted the development of residential area light environment planning, construction and management. Therefore, the evaluation of light pollution of urban residential areas needs to be scientific, standardized and systematic urgently. Firstly, on the basis of references on research results of light pollution at home and abroad, this paper studied the concept, classification, form, characteristics and hazards of light pollution and identified the focus and direction of research.Secondly, this paper investigated and studied the Tianjin representative residential area, qualitatively and quantitatively analysed the manifestations and factors of light pollution of Tianjin residential area and the subjective feelings of the residents with Tianjin habitat environmental features and summed up characteristics of the status quo of Tianjin residential area light pollution. This gave the basic ideas for light pollution evaluation system of Tianjin residential areas.Thirdly, based on research results of the uniqueness of the analysis and other related fields from the evaluation system, this paper studied and constructed the, which main contents included the purpose of evaluation, assessment principles, assessment content and evaluation methods. The evaluation system of light pollution of Tianjin residential area includes two major aspects of subjection and objection and it is the comprehensive index system and is the combination of the psychological and physical quantity. In the evaluation process, through surveys and field tests people's feelings and objectively measured data were obtained and these two part were evaluated by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive system and then the light pollution level was determined. Fourthly, this paper assessed evaluation system of light pollution of Tianjin residential area by selecting target residential district to detect the effectiveness of the entire system and deepened and concluded the results of preliminary studies.
