| After completion of well drilling, a large amount of hazards-contained solid wastes such as drilling fluids, drilling cuttings were left. These solid wastes contain high pollutant, high toxicity and complex compounds and can cause fatal influences and damages to soil, surface water and under-ground water. Solidified burial is the main process adapted by oil industry to treat well completion wastes. The process can decrease pollution infiltration level from waste to soil and minimize their impact and damage to environment remarkably.This paper is about problems and shortcuts of well completion wastes treatment during solidified burial. Discuss and analyses some feasible processes in technology and environment aspects, study influencing factors and then, optimize solidified treatment processes.Based on experiments, materials fit to solidified burial of well complication wastes were chosen. Though the comparison of different addition amounts, choose YJ-1 high efficiency clarifier as gel breaker in solidified process of well complication wastes. Control the addition amount of YJ-1 in 1.5～2%. Choose clarifier DH as solidifier in solidified process of well complication wastes. The addition amount of DH was controlled in 1.5～2%.Through analysis and comparisons of influencing factors, the effects of solidify is better when the solid content of well complication waste is between 60% and 70%. The solidified process time should longer than 10～15 days to reach strengths demand.In this paper, solidified treatment processes were anglicized and optimized, and the process and field treatment program were designed and running measures were suggested such as good construction organization, mixing high and low solid concentration wastes by some ratios and so on.Based on field data, the experiment result was approved. The compressive strength and pollutant concentration of leaching solution meet related standards. And the process has obtained a good effect in solidified treatment practical application.
