Applicationnal Study Of Digital Pipeline In Western Pipeline Project

With the development of Chinese economy, the demand for gas & oil is more and more broaden. Pileline has become the most important way of transportation because of its effiency, safety and economy. The trend for pipeline of the world is bigger, more operation pressure, more automatic. The core problem that pipeline company have to face is how to operate effiency in the complex pipeline.This article has put forward for the necessity of digital pipeline bay analysing the problem in construction and operation of current pipeline. And it has introduced the implementation of digital pipeline system on the basis of integrality of pipeline and situation of western pipeline project. The main content is as follows,①The implication of digital pipeline is proposed, the current study and application for digital pipeline is introduced and the intension and orientation of digital pipeline system pipeline is cleared. It is formulated for details in the first chapter.②It ha been studied for digital pipeline theoretic base and integrality management, remote measurement of navigation, GPS, GIS, data collection system on the basis of guarrantee for the whole pipeline's safety. It is formulated for details in the second chapter.③It has analysed the current situation of the western pipeline project. It has also analysed the importance and necessary of feasible study, survey, design, construct, completion until to operate on the basis of the trait of the construction of western pipeline project. It is formulated for details in the third chapter.④It has planed the whole system of digital pipeline, define the design principle according to the demand of data and the request of western pipeline project. It also has accomplished the basic frame, system frame, software frame and platform and designed the way of collecting data. It is formulated for details in the 4th chapter.⑤It has planned the implementation and application of digital pipeline, elaborated the phase effort, evaluated the effect and analysed the foreground in accordance with the situation of western pipeline project.
