In recent years,the application of information technology has played an important role in the petrochemical enterprises.At the same time,a lot of effective work has been made in the information technology,and some experience has been obtained.There will be the existence of information technology in all enterprises.In the application of information technology,some successful models have played an important role in reforming the traditional mode and speeding up the adjustment of the structure.During the past ten years,the Chinese petrochemical industry has developed from the traditional manual operation to the automation control,from the lowest single loop control to the advanced complex operating system control,and to the present integration of control and control.However,compared with the developed countries,the domestic petroleum and chemical industry has been behind the developed countries for several decades,and the development of the domestic enterprises is not quite balanced.The promotion of the application of information technology is not enough and the developed enterprises are imitated blindly.Aiming at the development situation of oil field in D area,this paper studies and analyzes the integrated management and control system of gas pipeline.Through the investigation of two long-distance pipeline network geographic information,GPS patrol line,data collection of valve room,video surveillance,combustible gas alarm,and data collection of SCADA system in station field,the network architecture of the natural gas pipeline network monitoring system is analyzed,and the heterogeneous data in the natural gas network monitoring system are transferred.According to the actual situation of the actual station,Modbus communication protocol is used for data communication,and the TCP/UDP client-type driving method is used as the driver for the data collection of the station data,and the internal data of the ring buffer is implemented in the form of a linked list.The front-end video monitoring device is implemented by invoking the plug-in interface,integrating the Active X plug-in,and adopting XML mode to complete the conversion between different data types.Analyze the network architecture of the natural gas pipeline network monitoring system,convert and integrate the heterogeneous data in the natural gas pipeline network monitoring system to solve the problem of “information isolated islands” in the pipeline network system,and make use of the integrated management of basic data.Network resources,realizing the dynamic display of pipelines,valve rooms,and stations,real-time control of pressure,temperature,flow rate,real-time screen and other information at key points,safety monitoring of natural gas pipeline network,accurate knowledge of hazard signals,and timely emergency response measures In order to ensure the safe operation of the natural gas pipeline network,to prevent accidents,reduce environmental pollution,to avoid major accidents such as casualties,with greater social benefits.
