Study On Test Benches For Failure Maintenance Of NC Machineries

The maintenance and repairing technology of CNC machine are the important guarantees for the enterprise's production. However, as the modern equipments are not only expensive, but also they need the strict requirements of repairing technology and the huge difficult management. Therefore, it brought great difficulty to the maintenance staff's training. This subject is to meet current the need of CNC machine training and maintenance, research and develop the old equipment of enterprise and school into the CNC machine maintenance system which can be used to the teaching and training, and it retain the functions of original equipment, The application of the system will greatly enhance the quality and quantity of the maintenance staff for the vocational institutions, enterprises. Therefore, it has an important theoretical and practical value.This paper details the accomplished theoretical basis the system as well as the feasibility analysis; with the enterprise or school's CNC lathe old equipment used before, we can reduce the cost of the very education system, through the open modular structure's combination of high-performance PC and PLC, and taking the generic PC as a hardware Control system, combining the good control programmable logic controller performance of PLC, we introduce these into the electrical system of CNC lathes to show the whole fault of the repair machine after the careful strict design. Based on the Windows 2000 operating system, using Visual Basic 6.0 and object-oriented, modular design process, we compiled the CNC lathe maintenance fault control system; the lower position machine used a ladder programming software of PLC, we realize the control communication through the communications interface between the superior PC machine and the lower position machine, the system has the functions of a good human-computer interface, real-time display the current state of machine, real-time control engine bed breakdown development.This teaching service system function is perfect, which can simultaneously realize more than 60 common breakdowns and meantime to control system contact surface friendly direct-viewing to the convenience of the operation maintenance. The system has been applied in the actual teaching of Technical School of Chongqing.
