For looking for a way which adapt to the situation of a China, the dissertation advance a new consider on the mode for urban sewage reclamation in China, based on"Sewage Reclamation","Sewage Ecological","Sewage Territorial"triunity theory, introduce the mode adopted in territorial and ecotypic in urban sewage reclamation, then build a blueprint of territorial and ecotypic in urban sewage reclamation.The dissertation studied the territorial and ecotypic in urban sewage reclamation from technical and economic facets, founded a system for synthetical benefit estimate , analysed the guide line in this system ,then made a series of comparing from onventional centralized mode. By studying the project of ecotypic waste water disposal and reclamation in the new campus of Southwest University For Nationalities , the nicer benefit of society and economy and entironment is validated.Thus it can be seen, the urban sewage reclamation in our country ought to be diversification and adjust measures to local conditions, be incapable of depend on large-scale centralized sewage farm. The mode adopted in territorial and ecotypic is a mode can turn the waste to the treasure and protect the entironment. This mode can also economize resource and improve the entironment ,which accords with characteristic of town build in our country and content with requirer of building abstemious society. This mode is an more abstemious and director and convenient Urban Sewage Reclamation mode we can adopt, besides building large-scale sewage farm by government.Based on all above, the dissertation made a bold design on how to induct the mode of Territorial and Ecotypic in Sewage Reclamation into our urban construct programming. The dissertation expounded centralized disposal should be combined organically in urban programming. Only by the scientific design and logical position, the best effect can be achieved. By imported the concept of minimal economic scale and critical distance, based gist for optimize layout and position .Finally, according to the study object on Chengdu, the dissertation made elementary design for development in territorial and ecotypic in urban sewage reclamation.
