| Coal is our country's primary energy. It exits many severe sources of danger in the process of coal mine safety production. In which gas safety accidents occur frequently. How to prevent the occurrence of gas disaster and safeguard the coal mine safety production has been the important subject which the general coal scientific and technical workers study. Along with the appearance of coal mine large-scale working surface and tunnel, the transmission distance between gas sensor and substation transmitting range is elongated and simultaneously the mining depth increases continuously, so that the gas may change to be even more variable, it brings new questions to coal mine gas monitoring: How to detect the scene signal effectively; How to carry on the long-distance transmission and the real-time processing; How to guarantee the stability of the system and so on.This dissertation conducts the research in view of the above issues, using the computer technology, the single-chip technology and the mechanics of communication, and developed "Coal mine Gas Safe Monitoring System", it solved these questions in the Coal mine Gas Monitoring System better. The dissertation prime tasks are as follows:(1)Selecting new type of sensor element to enhance the stability of the gas sensors and reduce sensor's power consumption. Do research in the compilation of A/D gathering and single-chip, enhance the gas sensor's precision and extend sensor's transmitting distance.(2) CPU designed with W77E58 instead of the traditional 89C51 series of single-chip can greatly increase the processing speed of the sub-station. How to make the sub-station be able to collect transmission data, operate local control independently and carry out flexible storage and control of the scene of the host computer's instruction as well is another research objection of this dissertation.(3)This study designed a set of strict communication protocol in which the main control software is compiled. This program has a function of initialization, inspection, overload breakdown, failure locking, manual power off/on, remote power off settings etc. It also can display real-time, historical data and curves to make user query conveniently.This system has been carried out several experiments and tests after it was designed and developed. It conforms to the nation's 'Coal mine safety monitoring system common technical requirements AQ6201-2006' and 'Low coal carrier concentration of methane catalytic sensor AQ6203-2006 to meet the actual coal mine production safety requirements. |
