With the characteristics of good moisture and permeability, soft feeling, smooth as silk cloth, the high counts and high density pure cotton is favorite of people. The traditional technology need to be optimized and improved.According to the above problems, the characteristics and manufacture process of different ways of printing were systematically analyzed. The suitable printing method was selected according to demands of pattern structure, color fastness of dyeing and handling, etc. The questions occurred in manufacture were solved by means of selection of thickener, making up of blends of paste, adjusting the making process of mesh, assembling the printing processes. At last the reasonable printing process of the high counts and high density pure cotton fabric were obtained. In order to provide reference of producing high quality fabric of high counts and high density pure cotton, many questions which need to be considered during practice and corresponding solutions to theses questions were put forward. Accordingly, the competitive capacity of the product in the market was increased.
