| The concentration of slime water measurement is an important parameter in the coal preparation industry. The precise measurement can improve the product quality and productivity and reduce the consumption of resource and energy. In this article breaks through conventional measurement method of slime water concentration. On utilization of CCD (charge coupled device) sensor technology is explored to measure the slime water concentration, measure system of slime water concentration is with the background of transmission principle; the measurement method uses non-contact method. Based on water and coal slime transmission of light are differently, light source permeates slime water, and radiate CCD sensor, then sensor transfers electrical current. Electrical current is analyzed to measure the slime water concentration.This paper first analyzes principle conventional concentration measurement, brings up the total realize project of the CCD technique examination system. Then it introduces construction and work principle of linear CCD researches those methods about the outer circuit design of linear CCD from theory to experiment, and designs the driver circuit and output circuit. Relying on photoelectric transformation element TCD1209D to realize. The time order driving circuit of CCD is designed and debugged by combining the single chip compute and data circuit. In the video signal processing circuit, USB is combined by PC, and utilization of LabVIEW 8.2 soft realizes PC communication. Collection of signal analysis, calculation display, and introducing soft interface. Finally, detecting slime water concentration on-line, analyze experiment data and experiment error, discussion of error resource.Through the theoretical analysis , the experiment and imitation, it is proved that CCD detection technique applies for the slime water concentration measurement is feasible and advanced. This system has certain practical value and application prospect.
