Research On The Loading And Cushioning Performance Of Honeycomb Paperboard

The honeycomb cardboard is a material applied to the new environmental protection of the transportation and packing field in recent years, the study on the bearing ability of the honeycomb structure and buffering property have important value in project practice. This subject allows the static compression test on the honeycomb core and honeycomb cardboard, study on the bearing ability and buffering property, analyze the effect of performance of the structural parameter and environmental condition, offer the technological foundation for the packaging of the honeycomb cardboard is employed. The groundwork finished includes:(1)Carry on the static compression test of honeycomb core and cardboard, determine the bearing ability when they are different apertures ratio and thickness; Analyze the effect of bearing ability when they are different aperture ratio and thickness.The result indicates that the printed sheet effect the bearing ability, and the cardboard height relatively low at the same time, the printed sheet effect the bearing ability of honeycomb cardboard relatively little; In a situation that other parameters are the same, the bigger the cardboard thickness is, the smaller the bearing ability is; When the aperture ratio is smaller than 1, the aperture ratio is bigger then the bearing ability drops.(2)In a situation that other conditions are same, the larger the quantitative of the paper of raw materials is, its bending strength increases; Meanwhile, the vertical and horizontal disparity of bending strength is relatively large, the longitudinal bending strength is greater than the horizontal bending strength.(3)It is analyzed that the compression-deformation and the failure characteristics of the honeycomb cardboard. The result indicates, it is a non-linear characteristic of the compression deformation, play viscoelasticity, elastic-plastic, stage of collapsing of plasticity.(4)Analyze the buffering property of the honeycomb cardboard, generally, whether there is printed sheet effect the buffering property little; The thickness has influence to buffering property on the honeycomb cardboard, the cardboard is large in thickness, corresponding buffer coefficient is relatively small, its buffering property better.(5)The test determines and analyzes the impact on cardboard sill, cardboard mechanical performance of the environmental relative humidity. Find within the range of RH50-90%, the tensile strength of the core paper of honeycomb is reduced with increase of the relative humidity, and have prominent directionality, but the bearing ability result is opposite.
