The bend and shear indexes are increasingly small, the fabric softness is increasingly well; the fabric thickness with the same material and organization structure is increasingly small, the fabric softness is increasingly well.We choose 30 fabrics that their softness reduced foot by foot, and carry through the main factor analysis to calculated the comprehensive evaluation value M, combine with the softness subjective assessment to analyze the relationship between fabric softness and the comprehensive evaluation value M. The comprehensive evaluation value M can rank the fabric softness. Choose a great deal of sample, adopt the stepwise regression analysis to obtain the regression equation between comprehensive evaluation value M and the mechanical indexes, the equation is highly significant. We combine the comprehensive evaluation value M with subjective handle to quantize the fabric softness, and partition 6 grade about the fabric softness, by verifying the rationality and veracity of the regression equation and the softness grade, primary finished the fabric softness evaluation.
