Recently,the rapid development of textile technology,optimum to the existing production process and the pursuit of personalize clothing had promoted a diverse variety of new fabrics widely used in fashion garment production and processing.Facing more and more new fabrics,clothing craftsmen are difficult to grasp the characteristics of each piece of fabric accurately and quickly.A variety of problems will be increased by the process of sewing.This paper combines the scientific research project of DongHua university with an enterprise in human province--the expert system of compatibility about men’s clothing material and style,aimed at combining the actual need of the fashion industry,forecasting smoothness and fabric biggest seam shrinkage before sewing,provide certain data basis and the reference value for the design and production of enterprise.This paper studies are outlined as follows:1 The establishment of the Men’s basic fabric performance parameters of the system;145 kinds of men’s fabric was selected as the experimental material to test the basic specifications of the selected material parameters(weight,thickness,density,latitude and longitude),using the experimental apparatus KES fabric warp and weft under low stress test to the surface properties,tensile properties,shear properties and compression properties and other mechanical properties of the measured data collation and analysis,the basic building material men’s performance data system.And according to business needs fabric appearance and functional performance,organizational structure will be hierarchical classification.2.Fabric structure parameters and building of Mechanical property database.SPSS software is used to analysis the correlations of 16 mechanics performance data,including fabric surface prope rties,tensile properties,shear performance and compression performance,as a result,we find these performance are all with high correlations extracting effective principal component to achieve dimension reduction of high dimensional nonlinear experiment compatibility data,find out eight independent factors to express the original data information.3.The correlation studies of fabric mechanical properties and sewing flatness,investigate each type of commonly used respectively fabric stitches seams,the line mark,density and seam,using the survey results to conduct the flatness test.Each fabric test three times,five experts to evaluate its appearance,using mechanical performance correlation and regression analysis to evaluate the results of fabric,find out the relationship between the two models.4.The correlation study of fabric mechanical properties and the biggest sewing shrinkage;The analysis of fabric mechanics performance,built sewing shrink model.Using German 275 differential lock-stitch sewing machine for sewing shrinkage test,determine the biggest sew shrinkage of each fabric to verify this model.5.The establishment of process parameter database and intelligent expert system platform.Establish mechanical properties of fabrics database on the basis of the mathematical model,based on the database,using Visual C++ 2010 programming design software and neural network algorithm to establish corresponding expert system.Innovation of this paper is the using of hierarchical classification of the fabrics were classified,using the stepwise regression method to establish the mechanical properties of fabrics and sewing the main factor of the flatness of the regression model,the mechanical analysis of the physical introduction of this paper,a theoretical model of contraction joints,and the use of a large number of experiments to validate the model. |
