The crude oil reserves reflects the abundant degree of the national resources, but the energy-cost of mining, gathering and transferring will give a direct-vision reflection to national technical degree. Recently, with the unceasingly reducing of the oil reserves, the difficulty of oil mining unceasingly enhancing, the energy-cost of mining unit crude oil also unceasingly increased. With the unceasingly deeply of the oil-field development, the synthesis water-content of crude oil enhances unceasingly, and many of the oil wells has surpassed 90%. There exists unreasonable link of the energy-using in the actual production, which causes highly energy-cost to the oil-field. Because of lacking analysis to the energy-using and so is the research on the optimum running of the oil gas gathering and transferring system with the super high water-content, which has restricted the reducing of the production cost to the oil-field, therefore there has the necessity to test and analysis to the energy-cost and the efficiency of the oil-field with the super high water-content, suggest the energy-cost distribution condition, find out what make the efficiency low, the energy-cost high, then suggest the measure how to reduce the energy-cost, analysis and forecast the potential of energy conservation, and studies its optimum running plan.This paper has carried on the test and analysis to the efficiency and the energy-cost of the gathering and transferring system in XingShi union station of the fourth extraction factory in Daqing oil-field. At the same time, this paper studied the optimum running plan. Through large-scale test of the efficiency and the energy-cost to the transferring stations, the union station and the pipe lines, we discovered the weak link of this system where the efficiency lowly, the energy-cost high. This paper also gave out the energy consumption distributed rule of the system. According to the test compute result, this paper proposed measures to conservative energy and fall cost. At the same time, this paper also analysed and forecasted the potential of energy conservation. This paper has researched on the method of optimum running, established optimization mathematical model with the target that the energy-cost is smallest, and then given the model solution method. Take 3201 transferring station as the example, this has given the most superior running plan.
