| Along with ultra-high press reactor in each fields widespread application, more and more the domestic and foreign scholars pay attention to the technology, and many theoretical results about studying about autofrettage technology have been formed. But these theoretical results in the calculation of ultra-high press autofrettage reactor the stress distribution have some differences by comparing the practical engineering. According to this, the thesis uses ANSYS software to establish the finite element method of ultra-high press autofrettage reactor, by finite element model of the reactor to study the stress distribution, and do damage evaluation of the reactor.Firstly,this thesis gives a detailed summary of the development of the ultra-high reactor, the development and the application of autofrettage technology, and the damage theory of the ultra-high reactor, etc. The researchful value of the paper is confirmed. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic theory of damage mechanics and the damage autofrettage model that is built basing on damage theory, analyses the stress distributes law of ultra-high press reactor under the damage autofrettage model. And then, the ANSYS software builds the finite element method model of ultra-high press reactor autofrettage, under finite element method model carrying out the calculation analysis of residual stress, handle pressure, thermal stress and combination stress that is produced by combined action. The finite element method model is validated based on autofrettage experiment data of material 25Cr2MoV. Finally, by comparing the data of the finite element method model, the ideal elastic-plastic model and the autofrettage model, ultra-high press autofrettage reactor is carried out safe analysis and damage evaluation within statics range.The research shows: the damage autofrettage model has higher accuracy in calculating hoop stress of reactor, during the period of the equivalent stress calculating needs to be improved and perfected to go a step further. But, the ultra-high press autofrettage reactor research method from the finite element is correct, when calculating the ultra-high press reactor with accepting various stress combined action, whose calculating result is better than the ideal elastic-plastic model, it has certain guiding significance to study, design and autofrettage equipment handling handicraft of the ultra-high press reactor. |
