On the basis of mentioned above, the ANSYS command streams of the modeling, loading and calculation for casing developed. Then the obtaining, arrangement for the result of calculation are achieved with the further development of ANSYS's post processing function. Thus the whole finite element emulation is completed.Secondly, according to the result of finite element emulation , we draw curve about deformation value, bearing capacity and loading. From those curve we find regular pattern associated material behavior of casing. Vers the datas measured by MIT, we obtained the evaluation criterion of damage leval for petroleum casing, which agreement with practice.Finally, according to regular about casing bearing capacity which we find and jointing actual production condition, we obtained the evaluation criterion of damage leval for petroleum casing which can agreement with actual and guide production.
