| Capacity enlargment and remoulding on Acrylonitrile plant is studied in this paper.According to this plant's characteristic of original process flow and reaction,recovery,refining,through demonstrating itself'choke point .Bring forward the main problem which existed in this plant.Those were :the lower purification percent recovery;heat exchanging was not good in absorption,and ect. The reason of acrylonitrile's loss has been analyzed and then the aim of capacity escalation has been confirmed, The process parameter has been adjustment and the process business accountinghas been done.Connecting the process modification, Lots of design revamping on some equipment related with process also has been finished.The important modification are : modification of the reactor,tower,heat exchanger and ect. Demarcation results after capacity escalation has been gained.Those are about purification percent recovery,the product distribution,the product quality,the main material consumption. Demarcation results have been analyzed . Purification percent recovery can reach 93.8% when propylene is not pure,otherwise it can reach 94%.Original units of 50 kt/a using local MB—96A catalyst can be enlarged to 80 kt/a by optimizing technical parameters and revamping the internal parts of the quenching and absorption column. A lot of internal experiences has been absorbed in this capacity enlargment and remoulding and then remarkable economic benefit has been obtained.This enlargeed to reform not only to suck up the lesson that domestic same unit was reformed but also may's same's unit in the interest of in the days to come and reformed suppling precious experience ,Acquire the marked economic results ,Have powerfuler popularization . |
