| Along with the development of oil field, some back joint, emposieu and open fracture, lower pressure coefficient's reservoir have been developed, these reservoirs'exploitation is more difficulty, the requirement to drill fluid is higher. If the density of drill fluid is too high ,the circulating pressure will excess the breakdown pressure of weakly formation, drill fluid will loss into formation, if it loss into pay formation, the reservoir bed would get contaminated, that would make the producibility of the reservoir drop, so we must use light weight additive to decrease the density of drill fluid, attain low density, low viscosity, low permeability's requirement.The characteristic and use of the hollow glass sphere in drill fluid have been researched. Through test of physics, we know the hollow glass sphere is low conduction, thermo stable , resisted high pressure, insulation, insoluble. Through test of chemistry, we know the hollow glass sphere is alkalescence, steady, besides HF, it can't react with any thing. So we analyzed the effect of HGS to drilling fluids, researched the characteristic of the glass bubbles drilling fluids, and disgussed the effects of HGS to fluids'density, property of rheology, lubricating and stability. We also disgussed HGS'durableness and reclaimable. As a recult we have got that the HGS can debase fluids'density, and can control the fluids'property of rheology in a appropriate area. This fluids had good lubricating and stability. The most important was that the glass bubbles were durable, separated easily, and can be reclaimable, so this can make their cost down. we researched HGS drilling fluids, developed usefull formula of HGS Low- density drilling fluids, and used in GA002-H1 well. |
