The Silicate-based drilling fluids is used in Daqing Qingshen gasfield, its application better. Drilling fluids is requested high and high with the increase of well depth, drilling fluids system needs to be re-evaluated.This article summarizes the application of Silicate-based drilling fluids, indoors to drilling fluid system to resist high temperature performance, thermal stability performance and extraordinary performance and inhibit performance, a re-evaluation of the role of systems analysis drilling fluids, the results showed, drilling fluids system at 240 degrees, has good rheological property after heat rolling, come into being out of thickening and gelling, the Apparent Viscosity and Plastic Viscosity slow increase with the increase of aging temperature; Yield Point increases with the increase of temperature, the ratio of Yield point and Plastic Viscosity increases and solids carrying capacity is strong, thus the drilling fluids can keep boreholes smooth and bottom of the well clean and provide a strong security guarantee for the underground construction safety. At the same time, the drilling fluids have the performance of good semi-permeable membrance and strong inhibiting, and performance with simple, logging operations without impact, is a quality water based drilling fluids system that adapted to a deep test well drilling.
