High-strength steel plate is indispensable for national defense modernization. It is widely used in armored vehicles,tanks and other weapons equipment. Armor plate after quenching can highly increase capability of impact. In order to enhance hardness and toughness of the steel sheet, armor plate must obtain more than 95 % of martensite after the quenching. During the quenching, quenching stress and thermal stress jointly cause deformation of armor plate . The armor plate of thickness of 2~4 mm request less than flatness of 3mm/m~2 after quenching.This thesis mainly studies on the quench distortion of high-strength steel plate, and quantificationally calculate the hardening parameters,and establishes the finite element model of temperature field and stress field and simulates the quenching process of high strength steel sheet.Then, a set of pressure-quenched equipment for steel sheet is developed successfully.
