Based on the analysis of injection of water, produced liquid and scale sample of equal 51 blocks, the paper identified the mechanism of different blocks'corrosion and scale formation, and forecast the trend of scale formation. The research shows that at the injection end the injected water has strong scale formation trend, during the injection process scaling gradually makes formation porosity smaller and penetration rate decline. Using scale remover COM-3 can removal scale in a short period and restore the effective formation penetration rate;At the end of production, scale formation and corrosion are coexistence, in different blocks the degrees of scale formation and corrosion are different.On this basis, with the research of anti-scaling mechanism, we found the formula of the main anti-scaling by a large number of indoor experiments and optimal select and developed the scale and corrosion inhibitor; in order to facilitate application of the scene, we developed solid scale and corrosion inhibitor through a series of processes, which has achieved good results and provides technical support for solving the scale formation problem of external low-permeability oilfield.
