The beginning of modern natural gas exploitation industry in China was very late. The geology reservoir of natural gas is complicated. During the process of natural gas exploitation, the duration of flowing is short. In the production, we always apply the technique of drain and production gas, the fracturing and acidization stimulation for maintaining production and increasing yield. But we also should put into a large number of human, material and financial resources, going with investment risks. Meanwhile, if the technique is unreasonable, well condition would be damaged and subsequent production be effected directly. Based on the further investigation and combined with the practical production, research on the comprehensive evaluation of natural gas exploitation technology is given systematically. This paper also can offer the theoretical foundation for the investment decision-making of the technology.On the further analysis of domestic and overseas current situation of application and evaluation of natural gas exploitation technology, based on the practical production of gas field, this paper has put forward the concept and standard the principle and program of comprehensive evaluation. By means of induction and review of the used methods, this paper has pointed out the deficiency and put forward the methods which would use in the follow. Comparison analysis on all kinds of technique of drain and production gas, the influence factors of comprehensive evaluation were found from technical feasibility and economic rationality. Then the paper has established evaluation index system of technique of drain and production gas and used the improved C2R model of DEA method to evaluate. The process of evaluation has eliminated artificial factors and realized quantitative analysis. According to the evaluation results, we can analyze effectiveness and ineffectiveness of technologies. Finally, on the comparative analysis of fracturing, acidization and explosion, this paper has established evaluation index system including geologic, technical and economic factors, and combined TOPSIS method with AHP method for evaluating stimulations. The process of evaluation has realized quantitative analysis and got the priority and inferior groups. Based on the gap between the group and positive or negative ideal solution, we can find out the direction of further optimization and offer scientific basis for production decision.
