Research On Supporting Method Of Coal Mine Roadway In Highly-stressed Rocks

By using theoretical analysis, locale test, numerical simulation and engineering experience analogy, this dissertation is mainly about the supporting method of coal mine roadway in highly-stressed rocks, the theory of bolt action, the discussion of the application feasibility of different kinds of bolt and different kinds of chamber shapes in roadway under some particular geological conditions. Data of the locale test indicates that this project is feasible and reasonable.In the face of the high stress factual engineering geological condition of TINGNAN Coal Mine, on the basis of result gotten by analyzing, this dissertation has brought forward some novel supporting methods such as drum chamber, three centers arch chamber, bolt and shotcrete supporting technology, and so on. And these methods are used in roadway which are hard to be supported. These methods can solve the problems of invalided and costly caused by the original methods, which have influenced the coal mine for a long time. The numerical models have the characteristics of different shapes of roadway chambers and demonstrate the feasibility of these new sections.The dissertation tracks the whole process in supporting design, supporting construction, observation and analysis of roadway displacement, stress and analysis of economic benefit. The author have used plentiful data and theories to demonstrate that bolt and shotcrete supporting technology is a kind of active supporting form compared to those methods such as timber bracket, steel bracket, and this method can enhance the bearing ability of load of the rock and has perfect physics mechanics performance.
